The rematch is here, both guys are staking their claim as the rightful WBA champion, Chagaev beat Valuev last time out becoming the first man to slay the beast, but then suffered a horrendous injury which saw him out of the ring for almost a year. He returned to beat a limited Drummond, Valuev claimed the interim title with a very close win over John Ruiz, then was very fortunate to be victorious against the veteran Evander Holyfield when in many people’s eyes Holyfield should have got the decision. The fight was close this time and I would be surprised if it goes any different to the first fight. It mainly depends on how Chagaev has recovered from the injury but I favour him to take another fairly close decision.
